The conference fee is € 250.00 for full participants. A registration is valid and a receipt can be sent only after the conference fee has been received and processed. If you pay by credit card the payment transaction will be carried out over a secure connection after submitting this registration form. If you pay by bank transfer you will get further information after submitting this registration form.
Please note: Bank transfer is available for participants in EURO countries only.

Please note: Day Guests may choose a maximum of two days; those who would like to attend three days are obliged to choose the option “Full participant”.

Meals (see "General Information", p.4)

Meals served during the conference will be non-vegetarian and vegetarian but not kosher. Click the box below if you desire that your meals be kosher. Please, do not click the box if you are comfortable with non-kosher vegetarian food.

ICCJ Annual General Meeting (AGM)

Please let us know if you want to participate in the ICCJ Annual General Meeting (AGM) on Thursday, June 28, 09.00 – 13.00 hrs. at the conference venue, the "Danubius Hotel Flamenco”, Budapest.

Please note: If you are a student or a guest for one or two days (which means that the fee differs from 250 €) and you want to pay by credit card, please choose the option “Free Amount via Credit Card”. On the next page, as “Purpose” please fill in “Budapest conference fee – student / day guest”.
